Lisa Connolly, NHA, MS
Vice President, Hartford HealthCare Community Network
With more than 30 years of experience in senior living and the post-acute industry, Ms. Connolly serves as Vice President for Hartford HealthCare Senior Services, a business under the Hartford HealthCare Community Network. The Senior Services network is comprised of two Skilled Nursing Homes, three Assisted Living Communities, one Adult Day Center, GoodLife Fitness and the Centers for Healthy Aging in 11 locations. HHCSS also provides consultant and management services to Jerome Home and Arbor Rose. Included at these sites are the following business lines: Long-Term Care, Short-Term Sub-Acute Rehabilitation, On-Site Out-Patient Rehabilitation, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care Assisted Living, Adult Day Care, GoodLife Fitness, and Senior Resource Centers. Ms. Connolly serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for LeadingAge CT and on the Boards of both the Connecticut Alliance for Long Term Care and the Southington Community YMCA. She holds a Master’s Degree from Long Island University and is a Connecticut Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Paula DePinto, CPA
Director of Finance, Hartford HealthCare Senior Services
Ms. DePinto manages a team of accounting professionals who are responsible for all financial aspects including financial and compliance audits under Community Network Senior Services division. She oversees three skilled nursing homes, four assisted living facilities, an adult day care center, GoodLife Fitness program, the 12 locations for the Centers for Healthy Aging and St. Vincent’s Special Needs Services, an organization that provides specialized services for children and adults with multiple developmental disabilities and complex medical needs. She has over 15 years of experience in the Senior Services field and has managed numerous financial projects within Community Network, including most recently the acquisition of a hospice center purchased by Hartford HealthCare at Home. Ms. DePinto holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Hartford.

Sharon Robinson, BSN, MS
Regional Director, Skilled Nursing Operations
Ms. Robinson oversees the three skilled nursing communities owned and managed by Hartford HealthCare Senior Services, all of which are CMS 5-Star communities. She has over 30 years of experience in the field including nursing, health administration, business development, and regulatory requirements. In her tenure at HHCSS, she has overseen clinical program development, contracting, and regulatory compliance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Haven and is a Registered Nurse.

Erika K. Stinson
Director, Communications & Planning, Hartford HealthCare Community Network
Ms. Stinson comes with an educational background in social work and gerontology and holds extensive experience in senior healthcare management. She gained experience with increasing occupancy rates and with marketing plans for new retirement communities. As part of the Hartford HealthCare Community Network, Ms. Stinson's role as Director, Communications and Planning, is to promote business growth for HHC Community Network. Ms. Stinson is responsible for Home Care, Rehabilitation Network, and Senior Services business units for growth and marketing. Also, she oversees the MyHealthy Advantage senior affinity club through community outreach events.

Katie Mauriello
Regional Director, Occupancy & Sales, Hartford HealthCare Senior Services Interim Director, Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home
Ms. Mauriello joined the management team in 2018. She manages all HHCSS Sales, Outreach, and Geriatric Care Management staff and was recently named Interim Director of Hartford HealthCare Independence at Home. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Senior Service industry. Prior to her current role, she was the Executive Director at Mulberry Gardens of Southington and Middlewoods of Farmington. Ms. Mauriello has expansive experience in sales and occupancy as she was the Retirement Counselor in three of HHCSS Assisted Living communities. When Arbor Rose first opened, Ms. Mauriello was the Senior Retirement Counselor reaching and exceeding all start-up goals. She is member of the Board of Directors for Senior Transportations Services, Inc. in New Britain.

Pamela Leone
Senior Analyst, Quality & Compliance for Senior Care
Ms. Leone joined the HHCSS team in 2015 holding positions of Staff Educator, IT Application Analyst, and currently is the Senior Analyst – Quality & Compliance for Senior Services, assisting both Skilled Nursing Operations and Assisted Living Operations. She brings 10-plus years of clinical experience in the Senior Service industry. Prior to her current role, Ms. Leone has held positions of Director of Nurses, Assistant Director of Nurses, Staff Development, Unit Manager, Supervisor, and Charge Nurse. She holds her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Science from the University of Hartford, and is a Registered Nurse.
